Ricotta Spaghetti Pie

Dry Pasta Used:
SPAGHETTI

Ingredients:
Spaghetti 1 pound
Ricotta 1 container
Eggs ( 3-6 )
Salt ( a couple of dashes )
Pepper ( a couple of dashes... to see it )
Mozzallera cheese ( 2 cups )
Spinach( chopped )frozen or washed fresh
Priscotto ( thick slice ... 1/2 pound )or with turkey prefferably Sausage ( less calories ).
Creme.... ( the whole plain creme that you use in coffee richer the better! ) 1 cup
Garlic - 2 cloves
Instructions:
I would cook the the sausage first... medium well. Drain excess fat...
Then the mix the eggs with the ricotta cheese and creme. In a separate frying pan, cook the spinach and season the spinach with a little bit of chopped garlic and salt. ( maybe 10 minutes... low/medium heat, do not cook too much! ) And then get cook spaghetti for 8 mins ( a teaspoon of olive oil to water ) ... maybe until its al dente... add everything to casserole round or square dish( don't forget to use the nonstick spray on the dish )... add all the mozzarella cheese across to top as though its a layer. Put on 350 degrees. Till cheese is golden and melted. I would cook 30 mins.
