Recipe Name: Steak with Spaghetti

Dry Pasta Used: SPAGHETTI
Cooking Time: 30-45 min
Ingredients: 5 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/2 red onion, sliced
8 oz. red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups filet mignon tips
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 portions cooked spaghetti
Instructions: In skillet, over medium heat, add 3 tbsp. olive oil, onions and peppers. Saut until tender. In separate skillet, over medium heat, brown beef tips in the other 2 tbsp. olive oil with chopped garlic, until beef is desired temperature. Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes. Add peppers and onions. Season to taste and serve over pasta.
