Penne and Lemon/Olive Sauce

Dry Pasta Used:
PENNE
Cooking Time:
30-45 min
Ingredients:
3 cups of dry Penne
tsp of Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, cut in large pieces ( can take out later )
2 Lemons
1 small can of sliced olives
2 tsp of capers
save some pasta water
1/2 cup grated parmasen/romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
May use italian seasoning and fresh Basil.
Instructions:
Bring large pot of water. When rapidly boiling, put in the Penne.
In a large skillet, put in olive oil to coat, add garlic and saute slowly, but do not burn. Add the juice of both lemons, cook slowly. Add olives, capers and the cheese. Let sauce simmer slowly. Add pasta water to increase amount of sauce a laddel at a time. When pasta is eldente, drain, put in pasta bowel and add sauce. Mix and add olive oil to taste and more cheese. Top with seasoning. Manga!
