Recipe Name: Fettuccine Carbonara

Dry Pasta Used: FETTUCCINE
Cooking Time: 10-20 min
Ingredients: 1 box of fettuccine
1/2 lb of ham
2 gloves of garlic
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 of bacon
1 quart of heavy whipping cream
2 tblspoons of flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion (slice in small pieces)
Instructions: In a pot, boil pasta until al dente, drain, and put aside. In a separate saucepan, cook ham, onion, bacon, and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 7 minutes. Then pour in cream and flour, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes until it begins to thicken. Add in pasta and mix together. Serve while hot.
