Baked rotini and cheese

Dry Pasta Used:
ROTELLE/ROTINI
Cooking Time:
45 min - 1 hour
Ingredients:
12 oz rotini - mixed colors 1pkg frozen carrots & peas
2 cups shredded monteray cheese 4 TB butter or margerine
2 cups shredded monteray cheese 1 TB creole seasoning
1 pepper (any color) chopped1 12 oz evaporated milk
1 large onion-chopped 2 eggs - beaten
2 TB flour 2 TB mustard
1 tsp bottled hot sauce 1 pkg smoked turkey or
1 cup mayonnaise 1 lb ham
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Grease a 3-4 quart size baking dish-set aside. In large saucepan, cook rotini as directed . In last five minuetes, add frozen peas and carrots Drain and place ingredients in baking dish. Next stir in cheeses and mayonaise - set aside. In medium skillet, saute chopped pepper and onion in butter. Add to cheese and rotini mixture in baking dish.In skillet, fry lightly the ham or turkey smoked turkey in a little oil. Mix in with other ingredients. In medium bowl. wisk evaporated milk, eggs, flour, mustard, mayonnaise, creole seasoning and hot pepper sauce. Pour over other ingredients in baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in covered baking dish at 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes. Let sit for five minutes before serving.
